Folks who see my work often remark on the varied subjects and media I choose. What can I say? I'm sort of like the Manhattan Transfer; I paint what I love and what I love is as varied as their music. On the other hand, the lack of continuity in my subject matter may be due more to my preference for process rather than product: If I’m not learning something new, I’m not happy. (Then again, my mother would have told you that I just get bored easily.)
